Refund Policy

This policy explains the conditions applicable to refunds for licenses, subscriptions, and digital services offered by ReemPress.

Last Updated: June 2026

1. General

This Refund Policy applies to licenses, subscriptions, and digital services offered by ReemPress.

Due to the digital nature of the services provided, certain restrictions may apply once access has been granted or a license has been activated.

2. Refund Period

New subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase, provided that no abuse, attempt to bypass security mechanisms, or violation of the Terms of Service has occurred.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed.

It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue using the service.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after significant use of the service;
  • Failure to use the service after purchase;
  • Violation of the Terms of Service;
  • Account suspension or termination for security or compliance reasons;
  • Attempts to bypass licensing or security mechanisms;
  • Use of modified, unauthorized, or pirated software, themes, or plugins.

5. WordPress Environments and Third-Party Services

Refunds are generally not granted when issues result from the customer's WordPress environment, hosting provider, theme, plugins, custom configurations, third-party services, or modifications made by the user or a third party.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Insufficient or improperly configured hosting;
  • Insufficient PHP memory;
  • A disabled or blocked WordPress REST API;
  • Security rules or firewalls preventing communications;
  • A corrupted WordPress installation;
  • An outdated or unsupported WordPress version;
  • A damaged database;
  • Incompatible themes or plugins;
  • Security or caching plugins interfering with service functionality;
  • Custom modifications made to WordPress;
  • Incorrect Cloudflare, DNS, or SSL configurations;
  • Interruptions caused by third-party providers.

6. Service Interruptions and Downtime

Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or technical incidents do not automatically qualify for a refund.

ReemPress will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] and should include:

  • The name associated with the account;
  • The email address used for the purchase;
  • The transaction date;
  • The reason for the request.

8. Request Review

Each request is reviewed individually to determine eligibility based on the circumstances, available information, and applicable laws.

ReemPress may request additional information in order to evaluate a refund request.

9. Final Decision

Subject to rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws, ReemPress reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
